U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS— Director Barbara Jackson-McIntosh would like to inform the motoring public that the Bureau of Motor Vehicles’ (BMV) Offices in each district will be closed on Tuesday, July 14, 2020. The bureau’s employees will be engaged in a mandatory training that will enhance and transform the way the Bureau of Motor Vehicles conducts business.
