The USVI REAL ID is Available by Appointment Only!
Starting April 24, 2025, the USVI Bureau of Motor Vehicles will resume issuing REAL ID Driver’s Licenses and Identification Cards.
Important Notes:
📬 Issued a non-REAL ID but applied for a REAL ID?
You will be contacted by the BMV when your REAL ID is ready for pickup. If you believe we do not have your current contact information, please submit it at: https://gviservices.servicenowservices.com/csp
✅ Was your REAL ID issued after July 15th, 2024?
Submit a copy of your license or ID along with your contact information at: https://gviservices.servicenowservices.com/csp to ensure that you are on the notification list for pickup.
🛂 Was your REAL ID issued after 2022?
No need to update—your current REAL ID remains valid.
🗓️ Renew early!
You can renew your license up to 3 months before the expiration date to avoid delays in travel.
